I put Luca in front of the steps at the bakery and he started climbing them like he'd been doing it for months.  The baby gate will now be going up in the house.  Once again: we can't stop him, we can only try to contain him.

This is Luca's new game.  Put him in his crib and he pulls himself up...shakes the crib...and falls back on his butt with a big toothy smile!  Repeat this same thing for 20 minutes or so and you have a tired but happy little boy!

We took a trip to Rapid City last week and decided to take a hike up "M" Hill. It was Luca's first experience being carried in a backpack and he really enjoyed it. He fell asleep the last 20 minutes coming down...but was all smiles the rest of the trip.

Christmas Eve

Luca hanging out with Grandma and playing some Rook. After a delicious dinner of Boeuf Bourguignon and some chocolates, it's time to kick back and relax after a stressful few days at the bakery. Merry Christmas!
