Saturday afternoon with Grandma and Grandpa
Luca spent Saturday at Grandma and Grandpa's house. Kristine and I picked Luca up around 3:30 and everyone was having a good time. Our road trip to Rapid City is tomorrow, so Luca wanted to squeeze in a little time with Gma and Gpa Jackson before we left!

Friday dinner
Jackson/Moberg family sitting at the dinner table. It's a little chilly, so Luca is wearing is truck and tractor hoodie. You can't see it in his expression, but he's excited for our road trip to Rapid City on Sunday!

Luca wears a vintage Ecuador sweater
Kristine bought this sweater when she lived in Ecuador in 1999...maybe she knew, even then, that she was going to have a little boy! Too cute!

Good last few days...
We had the asbestos removed from our basement on Friday, so we all stayed over at Grandma and Grandpa's house for the weekend. Saturday afternoon, we took Luca on his first run. We all 3 knocked out 3 miles in 45 degree weather with rain thrown in too! It was difficult for Kristine and I to get in the rhythm of running while pushing a strolled...it is difficult to run and not use your arms! Luca slept the entire time. Now he's swaddled and ready for bed. We'll be back home tomorrow!

Reunions are so sweet
Grandma couldn't resist not seeing Luca again. She's back for a long weekend...Thursday thru Monday. Short but sweet. Welcome back Grandma Mare Bear!

Ugly Doll
2 months old! We have now switched from weeks to months to make things a little easier for everyone. Doctor measurement was 23" this afternoon...looks like he's almost bigger than Big Toe his ugly doll friend.
3 hours after shots.
Luca has been sleeping most of the last few hours...but has eaten twice and is all smiles when he is awake. I think he has gotten his mom's pain tolerance.
2 month check with shots!
Head Measuring: 15.25" Length: 23" Weight: 11 lb. 6 oz. 50th percentile for both height and weight.Luca's going to get his first shots today...3 pokes and an oral vaccine for Roto Virus. He also had his first dose of Tylenol. Hope it goes well...we are NOT looking forward to his pain scream. We'll update his status as it progresses.
